WECASS GLOBALTECH Renewable Energy Centre for Africa is a product of academic partnership between Wecass Institute, Berlin-Germany and WECASS GLOBALTECH RENEWABLE ENERGY CENTRE FOR AFRICA, Nigeria. This partnership is aimed at providing proximate location and affordable alternative for the teeming Africans who wishes to participate in the Energy Mix trainings offered by WECASS INSTITUTE but often find it difficult and expensive to make it to Berlin Germany where WECASS INSTITUTE is located.

The essence of the WECASS GLOBALTECH RENEWABLE ENERGY CENTRE FOR AFRICA is to ensure that the same quality of trainings based on German standards and curricular as obtainable in Wecass Institute Berlin is also obtainable in the African centre. To achieve this, the Renewable Energy Centre for Africa hosts a replication and deployment of the same materials, tools, equipments, syllabus, curricular and standards, including a team of certified trainers from Germany; most of whom are technologist, professors  and inventors in the field of renewable energy. This is coupled with technical assistance from top European and German renewable energy companies partnering with Wecass Institute for the implementation and operation of the WECASS GLOBALTECH RENEWABLE ENERGY CENTRE FOR AFRICA.

WECASS INSTITUTE UG, BERLIN

WECASS INSTITUTE UG, Berlin is a private institute registered in Germany and is dedicated to the studies energy mix alternatives and vocational trainings in renewable energy techniques and technologies. WECASS INSTITUTE is primarily concerned with the transfer of renewable energy technology to parts of the world were the adoption and utilization is still very low.

Through concerted efforts with partners, WECASS INSTITUTE strives to expedite the integration and adoption of climate change technologies in the world especially in the developing countries, in other to fast track the remediation of global environmental threats and further loss of lives through natural disasters as well as create job and investment opportunities for the growth of the economy. WECASS INSTITUTE is duly registered as permitted by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany; Europanozert Reg-Nr. EPZ-11-07-T.

Many people from different countries of Europe, Asia and South America have been trained by WECASS INSTITUTE in Berlin, most of them actively involved in the solving of energy needs of their home countries or communities. Wecass Institute Training System was rated as CLASSIC-A1 by the German Head of Division Education and Vocational Training Policy at Bonn, in the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology. WECASS INSTITUTE maintains a revolving and on-going contract with the German Ministry of Labour (Arbeitsamt 1&2 job creation programs with official certification, for the training of German candidates in other to make them attractive for employment by top renewable energy companies or useful to providing services to the public in the energy department. The adoption of Wecass Institute as a training provider by the German Government known for maintenance of high standards with a meticulous reputation is a boost to the credibility and quality of Wecass trainings in renewable energy.
